Group Training FAQ
Is the AOS WFA certification accepted by employers and organizations?
Yes. AOS certifications are accepted by outdoor employers, summer camps, schools, guide services, scout councils, land management agencies, and SAR teams nationwide. Our certification meets the same standards as in-person WFA courses.
Can we invoice or use a purchase order?
Yes. We can invoice your organization directly and accept purchase orders. Many camps, universities, and government agencies use POs for group enrollments — we're set up for that.
How long does each team member have to complete the course?
There is no time limit. Course access never expires. Most people finish within one to four weeks at their own pace. You can set internal deadlines for your team — we'll help you track progress against them.
Can we add more people to the group later?
Absolutely. You're not locked into a headcount at enrollment. Add team members throughout the season at the same group rate. This is especially useful for camps and guide services that hire in waves.
Do you offer WFR recertification for groups?
Yes. If your team holds WFR credentials that need renewal, we offer online WFR recertification with group pricing. Contact us for WFR group rates.
What if someone on the team doesn't pass the certification exam?
They can retake the exam. The course material stays available for review, and we work with you to make sure every team member who puts in the effort gets certified.
